Strategists who build.
Wallabi is an AI strategy and implementation firm specializing in AI and data, built by leaders from Tableau, Salesforce, and Google. We define the strategy, build the systems with your team, and leave the capability with you.
One team from the strategy to the shipped system.
AI strategy and AI development in the same engagement, on a platform built for data apps.
Data foundations
Unmatched data credentials
AI is only as good as the data underneath it. The Wallabi team helped build the leading data analytics tools of the past two decades.
Full arc
Strategists who build
Strategy and technical depth in the same engagement. No hand-offs between a consulting deck and a separate build team. We design the system and build it.
Your independence
Internal capability, not vendor dependency
Everything we build lives in a codebase you own, in a repo you control. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary. Teams that can ship without us are the outcome we optimize for.
Predictable delivery
Platform-backed delivery
Every engagement runs on the same infrastructure. That means faster starts, proven patterns, and systems that don't rely on tribal knowledge to operate after we're gone.
AI is at its best when it makes people more powerful.
Augmentation expands the problem space
The point of AI is not to do the same work with fewer people. It is to take on problems that were out of reach before.
AI makes expertise more valuable, not less
AI multiplies judgment, so your best people become sharper, not redundant.
Capability stays with your team
We build so your people can keep building. The skill, the systems, and the ownership remain in-house.
Sixty years ago Douglas Engelbart argued that computers should augment human intellect, not replace it. That is still the right frame for AI. The goal is not fewer people. It is people who can do what was not possible before.
Built by the people who led the data platforms.
Tableau, Salesforce, and Google: we built the tools your team already uses.
